- Neurotoxic: May cause seizures, especially if ingested.
 - Pregnancy & Nursing: Not safe — avoid use.
 - Chronic Conditions: Not recommended for epilepsy or diabetes (may lower blood sugar).
 - Children & Pets: Not safe for young children (may cause breathing issues due to high 1,8-Cineole); not safe for cats.
 - Topical Use: Not recommended — Thujone content may cause skin irritation; maximum dermal dilution is 0.4%.
 - Drug Interactions: May affect blood sugar.
 - Phototoxicity: Not phototoxic.
 
As with all essential oils, taking internally, ingesting, or adding to food/beverages is not recommended and can cause harm. Keep all essential oils out of the reach of children, lids secured in a cool, dark location.
