Oil & Aromatic Description:

Pale yellow to clear oil with a refreshing, deep aroma that evokes the essence of a winter forest. A fresh, balsamic aroma with fruity undertones that varies depending on the growing location and conditions. Christmas Tree Aroma.

Common Uses:

Black Spruce essential oil offers a grounding, fresh balsamic aroma with fruity undertones. It is known for its ability to support mental clarity, vitality, and emotional resilience. This invigorating oil is a great choice for moments of fatigue, burnout, or low motivation. It is often used to promote endurance, inner strength, and a deeper connection to oneself.  

Blends well with: Black Pepper, Ginger, Pine, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Bergamot, Lemon, Grapefruit, Vetiver

Ideal for:

  • Muscle inflammation, tension, and pain – Black Pepper, Ginger, Pine, and Rosemary.
  • Respiratory congestion and cough – blends well with Eucalyptus and Pine.
  • Fatigue, low stamina, and adrenal burnout – blends beautifully with Bergamot, Lemon, Grapefruit, Vetiver, and Rosemary.

Precautions / Contraindications:

  • Non-toxic, non-irritating, and non-sensitizing unless oxidized.
  • Avoid use of oxidized oils.
  • GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe).

As with all essential oils, taking internally, ingesting, or adding to food/beverages is not recommended and can cause harm.
