Common Uses:
Frankincense essential oil is revered for its grounding, calming, and spiritually uplifting properties. Known as a “holy oil,” it has been used in meditation, rituals, and religious ceremonies for centuries. It promotes emotional balance, deepens the breath, and helps quiet the mind, making it ideal for reflection and mindfulness practices.
Blends well with:
- Citrus Oils – Enhances uplifting qualities.
- Woody / Forest Oils – Strengthens grounding effects.
Precautions / Contraindications:
- Reported to be non-toxic, non-irritant, and non-sensitizing.
- No known contraindications.
- Avoid old or oxidized oils to prevent possible skin sensitization.
- GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe).
As with all essential oils, taking internally, ingesting, or adding to food/beverages is not recommended and can cause harm.
Keep all essential oils out of the reach of children, lids secured in a cool, dark location.
