Common Uses:

Lavender essential oil is one of the most versatile and beloved oils, known for its balancing, calming, and restorative properties. It harmonizes the nervous system, soothes emotional tension, and promotes relaxation while also supporting skin, sleep, and muscle recovery.

Blends well with:

  • Stress, Anxiety, Nervous Tension: Bergamot, Cedarwood Atlas, Clary Sage, Roman Chamomile, Geranium, Sweet Orange, Patchouli, Petitgrain, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Ylang-Ylang
  • Insomnia: Cedarwood Atlas, Roman Chamomile, Sandalwood, Vetiver
  • Depression: Bergamot, Clary Sage, Geranium, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Ylang-Ylang
  • Muscle Aches & Pains: Black Pepper, Clove, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Ginger, Pine, Rosemary, Thyme

Precautions / Contraindications:

  • No known contraindications.
  • Considered non-toxic, non-irritating.
  • GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe).

Concerns about Lavender as a hormonal disruptor have been unfounded.

As with all essential oils, taking internally, ingesting, or adding to food/beverages is not recommended and can cause harm.

Keep all essential oils out of the reach of children, lids secured in a cool, dark location.
